Owners

The Superior Shipping Co. (registered in Managua, Nicaragua) - the formal owner of the Radio Nord ship.

Nord Establishment (registered in Vadez, Liechtenstein)  - leased the ship from Superior Shipping, engaged the marine crew and technicians, was responsible for programmes broadcast by the station and received all advertising income.

Radio Reklam Productions AB (registered in Sweden) – sold airtime on the station and was also responsible for the actual production of programmes, the hire of on-air staff and radio technicians.
