Radio Caroline returned to the air in August 1983 from a new ship -Ross Revenge- three and a half years after the previous ship, Mi Amigo had sunk. Radio Caroline continued to broadcast for most of the 80’s but in the later years was subjected to a lot of official ‘attention’, culminating in a raid on the radio ship in international waters.
Broadcasts from the Ross Revenge in international waters eventually ended in November 1990.
