The Perfumed Garden Blues (John Peel's Lament)

A song by Geoffrey  Prowes  (an avid John Peel fan) written  to mark the ending of John Peel's late night show, "The Perfumed Garden" on Radio London in August 1967. John Peel played the record on  his Radio London  show on 22nd July 1967.

Geoffrey died tragically in 1972 at the age of 30.
