After the merger with Radio Atlanta in July 1964, when the original Caroline ship, MV Caroline sailed to an anchorage off the Isle of Man to broadcast as Radio Caroline North a new northern sales office was established in Liverpool.

Located at 61 Lord Street, Liverpool the office was managed by Kevin and James Duggan assisted by Clive and Maria Silverton. There was also a small team of local salesmen to secure regional advertising for the northern station. The Caroline North office in Liverpool also became responsible for various initiatives associated with the Caroline Club.

A new ratecard was issued shortly after the merger containing rates for the new ‘Caroline network’.
