Batman’s Christmas Capers was broadcast I short episodes at hourly intervals from 11am on Christmas Day 1966. It was conceived and written by newsreader Bob Larkins, a former actor.
Batman’s Christmas Capers starred DJs Mike Ahern, Dave Lee Travis, Steve Young and Keith Hampshire as well as Bob Larkins himself. The Christmas Capers were a spoof of the Batman TV series which was hugely popular at the time.
