Commercial Radio Listeners Association (CRLA)

The Commercial Radio Listeners Association (CRLA) was formed by Catherine Baker and Roger Taylor to ‘prevent the passing of the Marine Offences Bill’ and was officially launched on 29th January, 1967. It was the first national group launched in support of the British offshore radio stations.

However, it was short-lived as a separate organisation - it merged with the Free Radio Supporters Association in February 1967.
